Pacific Iron Ore's executive team and directors have decades of collective experience in Canadian mining exploration, finance, accounting, transactions, public company requirements and corporate administration. Directors and officers directly or indirectly hold just under a combined 54 percent interest in Pacific Iron Ore. Richard Bonnycastle, Pacific Iron Ore's Chairman, directly and indirectly controls just under 49 percent of the Corporation's shares, making him the major shareholder.As an early-stage mining exploration venture, Pacific Iron Ore's field activities and technical studies are conducted mainly by specialized, expert third-party service providers. Consequently, the Corporation does not currently require a large management team or staff. Additional management members and employees will be hired as the Corporation's projects proceed through the exploration phases and, if successful, approach the mining construction phase.
