As a locally-owned, family-run business started by Barry & Stephen. We understand the importance of community and building relationships with other local businesses. We take the time to understand how our customers operate their business,  anticipate their needs and aim to exceed their expectations.

Stephen, was the sole owner in 2016, Melissa became president in 2023, and then became the sole owner in 2025.

We recognize that in our business, as in any other, hard work and dedication are essential and just as important are the relationships you build with your customers. At Office Connection, we don’t just sell a product, we keep our customers connected to their customers. We have been proudly serving the needs of local businesses in the Peterborough area for over 40 years.

Experience & Knowledge

Established in 1982 by Barry Rawlinson and Stephen Best, Office Connection sells and services office equipment for businesses of all sizes. When Barry retired in 2016, Stephen became the sole owner, and his daughter, Melissa (Best) Vickerson, who had been with the company for 15 years, became the sales manager.  In 2023, Melissa stepped into the role of President.
