Wherever possible we encourage the distribution of items directly to people who can benefit most. We do this by making full use of social media. People are encouraged to keep journeys by road to a minimum. This is achievable by advertising in the immediate local area to where the property being cleared is located.

The way in which we clear your property is, we believe, unique. Basing ourselves at the property we are able to separate the recyclables, dispose of the larger items and finally remove any waste that is left on site without the need to transport it unnecessarily. Keeping diesel vehicle emissions down to a bare minimum thus reducing our carbon footprint is one of the areas that separates us apart from other clearance services. We are licensed waste carriers and we promise to only use other bone-fide waste carrying service providers to assist us. For your peace of mind we take photographs of waste being removed from site and our customers are able to view these on our website.

When we clear your property we do so quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Everyone who works with us is friendly, polite and professional. If you have any questions whatsoever during the clearance you are actively encouraged to speak to any of our operatives. You will be updated as to progress at the beginning and end of each day. When we find documents, photographs or personal valuables we return them to our customer, without question. Anything not required to be returned is treated as confidential waste and incinerated by us.

Licenced Waste Carrier

Our waste carrier credentials will be available for inspection online and in person with our licence number clearly displayed on our vehicles. Any vehicle being used by us for waste transfer will be photographed loaded, with its registration number clearly visible. Once loaded to our own vehicles any waste becomes our responsibility to properly dispose of. We will never engage in any form of irresponsible or illegal disposal of waste. Pricing

We promise to give you the best possible service at the best possible price. Unfortunately we cannot control the actual cost of the waste disposal element but please be assured that we will endeavour to keep those costs down to as low as we possibly can. We do this by ensuring that actual waste itself is kept to a bare minimum.

Neighbours

Whilst clearing your property we will be mindful of the possible impact it may have on your neighbours. We will engage positively with neighbours and be sensitive to their needs and requests. We will keep public footpaths and roads clear of any obstacles, vehicles will be parked carefully and noise will be kept to a minimum. We will be mindful of the fact that your neighbours may well wish to become our customers and that first impressions are everything.
