Advanced Skip Hire is a long established family business located in Midleton.

Our prices include delivery, collection and licensed waste disposal of your waste, you will be provided with a guide which outlines everything you need to know about your skip.

We have the following skips, there are descriptions of sizes : 

​7 cubic yard – This size skip will hold approx 70 – 85 black bin bags of waste. 7 yard skips are the most common skips ideal for medium building sized projects and bulky waste. 7 yard skips have low  back doors meaning that you can literally walk your waste into the skip. Any waste may be disposed of in this size skip apart from the exclusions listed below. A 7yd skip is 1.1 Mtr High x 3.1 Mtrs Long x 1.9 Mtrs Wide 

14 cubic yard – This high sided skip will hold approx 120 – 140 black bin bags of waste. 14 yard skips are commonly used for large household and office clearances. These skips are for light waste only. A 14yd skip is 1.7Mtr High x 4.2 Mtrs Long x 2 Mtrs Wide

We offer 20 yard, 36 yard and 40 yard roll on roll off bins for larger construction and clearance projects. Please contact us for more information on these. 

We offer a Wait and Load service, where the driver will wait with the skip whilst it is loaded, extra charges will apply for this service.

We sort your waste at our own fully licenced state of the art Materials Recovery Facility where waste of all types is sorted for recycling. So you can have peace of mind when using O'Brien Skip Hire that your waste will be recycled where possible, our Waste Managment Facility is licensed by Cork County Council.
