Nieboer Recycling & Handel bv was founded by Mr. R. Nieboer (Roelf) on 16-02-1995 at Nieuwe Compagnie 9 in Hoogezand.

On the former flow fields of the potato flour factory “de Toekomst” (1900), a piece of land of approximately 8 hectares was purchased.

A start was made with filling the flow holes of the old factory, later several types of waste were stored on this site and processed / processed to make a recycled product. These products could then be used in various disciplines of construction-related companies. There are also options for private individuals to offer waste and possibly buy back a product.
