Newmarket-Tay Power Distribution Ltd. (NTPDL) is an Ontario Energy Board licensed electricity distribution company. NTPDL operates a distribution system in the service area approved by the Ontario Energy Board. The shareholders are the Town of Newmarket and the Township of Tay.
