The company NAPOS, as was founded on November 9, 1992 with the intention of recycling waste, namely metals, plastics, paper and glass. The company has been actively participating in the waste market since 1993. At first, the company operated in leased premises, with 4 employees. This was followed by a gradual, permanent growth of the company's business share in the market and the associated increase in the amount of processed waste requiring adequate own processing facilities.

We have been operating in our building in Předměřice nad Labem since 2002, where our main establishment and company management are located.

In 2006, a line for sorting and treatment of paper and plastics was built in cooperation with BOLLEGRAAF RECYCLING MACHINERY.

Since January 2011, BONFIGLIOLI high-pressure hydraulic shears have been put into operation for the treatment of steel scrap, replacing the original ZDAS 300 diesel shears, which are no longer sufficient in capacity.

At the beginning of 2014, with the growing volume of scrap, electric shears ZDAS 400 were purchased, mainly for the treatment of light scrap.

In 2015, we added the purchase of car batteries to our portfolio of services .

In 2016, the company received a permit for the processing and purchase of electrical scrap in the form of small and large appliances. The next steps are permits for the management of hazardous waste and, above all, comprehensive services to municipalities.

In 2018, we purchased the already established Na RybárnÄ› branch in Hradec Králové , which we added to our portfolio.

We have been providing document shredding services since 2019 , the shredding process is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015 and 14001: 2015 standards and is in accordance with GDPR legislation.

Our goal is to offer comprehensive services in the field of waste management for companies and municipalities , and thus become an important partner in the region.
