In accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force, all producers and owners of waste are obliged to ensure the management of waste (used oils) only through operators authorized to carry out collection, recovery and/or disposal activities.

In particular, all persons involved in the management of used oils (producers, importers, generators, including natural persons who own used oils in their household) are obliged to hand over the entire quantity only to economic operators authorized to carry out collection, recovery and/or disposal activities used oils.

In this sense, our company has concluded contracts with the company authorized in the field for the final valorization/disposal of collected and managed waste, including used oils (all pure oils).
