Moore Control Systems, Inc., is headquartered in Katy, Texas. At this location we offer over 22,000 sq. ft. of office space, 8,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled testing area (including our panel shop), 15,000 sq. ft. of covered fabrication shop floor, and training facilities.

Our newest location in Baytown, Texas, started full-scale operations in 2016. This facility has over 117,000 sq. ft. under one roof. It includes over 40,000 sq. ft. of fabrication shop floor, 20,625 sq. ft. of assembly floor area, a 9,500 sq. ft. climate- controlled panel shop, 8,500 sq. ft. of secured storage warehousing, 8,000 sq. ft. of covered shipping and receiving, 8,000 sq. ft. of hydro testing area, and sandblast and painting booths. This shop also has a lifting capacity of up to 330 tons. In addition to the fabrication area, the Baytown facility has 30,000 sq. ft. of office area, allowing customers to set up work stations should the need arise.
