METROLINA BUILDERS is a third generation family owned business, providing traditional General Contracting / Construction Management services as well as turnkey Design-Build solutions for Commercial, Industrial and Institutional projects. Founded in 1972, METROLINA has produced a track record of successful projects and satisfied customers while gaining the reputation as a leading Design-Build firm in the markets we serve.

In addition to holding unlimited General Contracting licenses in North and South Carolina, METROLINA is also a licensed Engineering firm in both states. This is unique for most General Contractors and provides an additional layer of expertise and experience, especially when working with architects/engineers during the design process in a Design-Build scenario, and allows us to successfully and economically lead your project from conception to completion.

METROLINA is fortunate to be sized in a manner that does not require us to pursue large volumes of work each year to be successful. This enables us to be selective in the work we pursue and target projects where we are confident we bring an unrivaled level of service and add value. Our size and philosophy also ensures our ability to include the involvement of the principals/owners of our company on each of our projects - something larger firms are unable to do. Although we may not be the largest firm in the area, we have a proven record of delivering high quality projects on-time and in-budget, regardless of the project size.
