In 1969, the Blankemeyer brothers started MetoKote in a small garage in Mt. Cory, Ohio by building a powder booth out of used components. Their adept ability to build their own equipment, combined with their strong entrepreneurial skills, drove the early growth of the company and established MetoKote as the preferred provider of custom coating solutions. Today, as a result of MetoKote's continued growth and globalization, the company has evolved into being the world's leader in advanced coating applications. Currently operating over 70 coating systems and serving in excess of 800 customers in 29 facilities worldwide, MetoKote offers a full range of high technology custom coating services, including electrocoating (e-coat), powder coating, liquid paint and other custom coatings.
