Our Story

MDS Waste & Recycle was founded in 1995 by Jonathan Graham. Upon graduating from Baylor University, Jon discovered Creede from a friend who he had been in the trash business with in Fairfield, TX.

Jon realized the need for a private trash company in the area, bid on the contract and here we are 20 years later. Over the past 20 years MDS has expanded throughout the San Luis Valley offering Residential, Commercial, Roll-Off & Recycling Services to the cities of Creede, South Fork, Del Norte & Monte Vista.

Jon lives in Creede with his wife Melissa, their two dogs Smokey and Pearl, and three cats and three chickens.
