What troubles me the most, is the lack of support from the big names in this business. Let me let you in on a secret, “There are no computer manufactures.” All computer companies big and small purchase components and assemble them. The only way to build an inexpensive computer is to use the cheapest parts available, the cheapest labor available, and to offer little or no support, and not allow customers to return them if they are unsatisfied.

All parts are not equal. In fact, any reputable company would tell you what parts they are using, and at what speed they actually perform. Would you buy a Ferrari and expect it to run like a moped? Probably not, so why are you buying computers without asking questions about their performance and where they rate amongst their competition.

If they really cared about their customers, they would use rankings based on quality and customer service, NOT on sales figures. Think of it this way, if a person buys one of their systems, and can’t return it for a refund, then throws it away in disgust, it counts as a plus because it’s a new system sold. It really should count as a minus, because it’s a customer lost. The simple fact is that this poor customer is out their time and their money. With one of our systems, this will never happen.
