We’re not a national franchise. MAD Junk Removal is 100% locally owned and veteran-led. I’m retired military, and I run this company with the same discipline and integrity we used in uniform. When we say we’ll show up, we show up. If an emergency comes up, you will be notified. When we quote a job, we honor it. Now if you add more to it when we arrive, we will notify you if the quote will be different. There are certain circumstances that can affect a quote, such as flights of stairs or spoiled food.
