Leichtmetall Aluminium Giesserei Hannover GmbH: We are an aluminium producer based in Hannover, Germany. We manufacture numerous high-strength aluminium alloys for the Aviation and Aerospace Industries, as well as Vehicle, Power Plant and Mould-making Construction: “hard alloys” of the highest quality.

It was the Leichtmetall Engineers who developed the continuous casting process and thus revolutionised the whole Industry. With this ground-breaking Innovation it was possible henceforth to produce Aluminium in a quality and excellence previously unknown. With the continuous casting process, we produce Aluminium billets in consistently high quality. The process is not limited to offering standard products, it also allows the production of bespoke tailor made alloys, which are produced accordingly for a specific application.
