Who we are

LTB Computer Services is a recently established local business providing various services including computer repair, virus removal, data recovery, hardware upgrade, software installation, custom PC building, basic user training and computer recycling.

The idea to start this business came from two directions. First, from supportive friends and family members who approved the abilities after helping them out with their computer issues. And second, the need in the market - almost every household has one or more computers, but there are not enough computer service companies on the market. The high street is almost solely owned by one big brand which service prices are not affordable for everyone.

Our aims are

• To provide affordable, reliable and friendly IT services for the local community

• To advise users how to use their devices and how to stay safe on the Internet

• To promote recycling for a safer and greener environment

Computer Engineer

Laszlo T. Bencze (HND in IT, BSc. Hons. in Computing) is an enthusiastic computer engineer, and is passionate about computer repair and maintenance. Since customer satisfaction plays a major role in his career, he is very much customer focused and result oriented.

His IT career started at IBM's hard disk factory in 1998. Later on he joined Laverstoke Park Farm to provide first and second line support for both the offices and the factories. After that he worked for Pacific Computers providing first line remote support for Howdens Joinery's head office, branches and factories. Then he was employed by a leading IT service provider Acora to provide onsite desktop support for the high-end mobile phone producer company Vertu. Currently he's working for Getronics, a reputable international IT service company.
