Owned and operated by Karen Morrice, a former PA to Senior Management who became a victim of the decline in the oil industry back in 2015. As a result of losing her job she came up with the idea of becoming self employed and bought a van to head down the road of the House Clearance & Commercial Cleaning business.

KM Services initially helped private landlords / leasing agents with cleaning and furniture clearances but as the years rolled on, they evolved the business to also include garden clearances and general property maintenance. They also took on property management for private landlords who don’t live local to Aberdeen.

​It was a massive learning curve in the early days but with Karen’s tenacity and integrity they are now a well established company within the Leasing industry and have a happy and healthy working relationship with many agencies / private landlords.
