KDI Municipal Services GmbH was founded in 2006 as a 100% subsidiary of the city of Sulzbach / Saar. As part of the articles of association, the company takes on the management of the wastewater division on the basis of a disposal contract with the drainage company of the city of Sulzbach / Saar.
