K92 Mining Inc is focused on advancing the Kainantu Gold Mine, located in the Eastern Highlands province of Papua New Guinea, towards production. The Kainantu property covers a total area of approx. 410 km2 and was previously mined by Highlands Pacific and Barrick Gold from 2006-2009. K92 Mining Inc. was purpose built for the acquisition of the Kainantu Gold Mine. In addition to targeting a move towards production, K92 will focus on ‎both expanding known areas of mineralization and drilling high priority exploration targets. K92 is led by an experienced team of industry professionals with substantial international expertise in mining, production start ups, production re-starts, mineral exploration, and finance.K92 Mining has commenced gold production from the Irumafimpa Gold Deposit, which together with the Kora Gold Deposit, is part of the company’s Kainantu Gold Project located in the Eastern Highlands province of Papua New Guinea.  K92 is operated by an experienced team of mining company professionals who, combined, have been involved in building over 20 mines and $5 billion in buyouts.

Kainantu is highlighted by:

• NI 43-101 Compliant Resource of 1.84Moz @ 11.6 g/t AuEq Inferred and 240,000 oz @ 13.3 g/t AuEq Indicated
• Existing infrastructure including underground mine development, mill processing facility, staff housing, licensed tailings pond, office space, paved access roads and reliable hydro supply via a dedicated power line
• USD $41.3 million invested in exploration drilling and definition drilling with the current resource estimate based on 78,935m of drilling via 767 drill holes
• Process Mill has successfully treated the first batch of underground ore delivered from Irumafimpa, with concentrate now produced
• Gold production at Irumafimpa targeted to ramp to steady state operations, reaching an annualized production rate of 52,000 Au per annum, over coming months
