LEM is an aerospace, precision machining and defense industry manufacturer of metal components and sub-assemblies. Founded in 1959, as Maximet, Inc., then Joined Alloys, which later became Leading Edge Manufacturing in 2017, specializing in complex processes for many businesses including machining, sheet metal fabrication, vacuum, torch and induction brazing, vacuum heat treating, welding and non-destructive testing.
