Company History

JML Fabrication was founded in 2004 by Jim & Margo Lackore. Both have spent their entire careers in fabrication and manufacturing.

Margo has work in the manufacturing market for over 30 years, with extensive experience providing financial and operations management within several manufacturing firms. She has a had a successful record at understanding and managing financial analysis, cost analysis, cost control, budgeting, maintaining schedules, purchasing and forecasting. Her record of developing and successfully reducing cost without effecting quality within these firms has carried over to JML Fabrication. We take pride in the ability to help reduce costs to our customers yet produce the same high quality workmanship as large companies.

Jim is a 38 year veteran of welding and metal fabrication. Jim has worked in various industries such as Food/Food Related Processing Equipment and LP Trailer/Transport holding esteemed positions at each venture. During his entire career in these fields Jim held 13 various ASME & AWS certifications for aluminum, stainless and steel in both U.S. and Canada. This experience carries through every job completed at JML.

We strive to look past "just" building to print, but to insure we focus on quality in every aspect of the build. It starts with the communication with the customer, insuring we understand exactly what the customer wants…to purchasing the right quality and quantity, at the right time and price, from the best possible source…to step by step quality checks throughout the fabrication process…scheduling to meet customers needs... to final shipping and transportation.

Margo & Jim's vast experience has given them valuable industry insight and allowed them to formulate the current success of JML Fabrication LLC. As testament to JML's experience, they continue to sub-contract work from previous employers, who knows first hand the quality you can expect!
