Jay-R's Steel & Welding, Inc. is a family business involving three generations of metal fabricators. Jay Nally established the comapny in 1981. His sons, Roger, Ronald, and Randall (aka the "R's" in "Jay-R's") learned the trade and continue to operate the firm today. Ronald's son Ryan leads Jay-R's engineering department.Jay-R's first projects involved residential structural steel projects. Jay-R's provided the structural steel found in over 1,000 homes throughout the Chicagoland area.

As the company grew, Jay-R's added assets to the firm including laser cutting, press brake operations, and CAD engineering capabilities. Today, Jay-R's is a full service steel fabrication resource.Jay-R's has grown, but has never lost sight of it's priorities. Jay-R's strives to provide quality products, at a fair price, with prompt turnaround and on-time delivery.

Jay-R's offers press brake and hand brake forming techniques to bend and form your metal part as needed, accurately, every time.

Welding
welding Jay-R's has extensive experience with welding. MIG welding can be used on a variety of metals, including thick stock. TIG welding produces a more precise weld at a slower speed. Jay-R's can provide both MIG and TIG welding services.

Residential Structural Steel

Jay-R's has provided and installed structural steel for residential projects for more than 30 years. Residential structural steel is often found in basements, supporting the first floor of a house.
