inCTRL’s key personnel bring more than 40 years of experience to the table in the fields of modeling municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, operating on-line sensors, data analysis and reconciliation, and process control design.

Software

inCTRL is the world-wide reseller of the dynamic simulation platform SIMBA# (except German speaking countries and the Netherlands) , developed by ifak e.V. Magdeburg in Germany. SIMBA# is a stand-alone simulation environment with libraries for the whole urban water system (including run-off, sewers, water resource recovery facilities, and rivers) and wet digestion biogas plants.

inCTRL’s Monitoring&Control Platform helps operators to more efficiently operate on-line sensors, guarantees highest data quality, and provides the right information on a configurable Dashboard. The M&CP also assists in the design, optimization, and testing using newest modeling and simulation tools.

What do the fish say about all this?

When doing my Ph.D. at Eawag in Switzerland, the final question from my professor Willi Gujer would always be about the fish. It reminded us that all our high-level research had to have a clear purpose and in the end serve the environment.

inCTRL will try to live up to this motto: Aim for the best technical solution possible but don’t loose track of our main goal which is to protect the environment and make our treatment systems more efficient and robust.
