Recycling hybrid and electric vehicle batteries

Instead of Toyota's inefficient process and waste of recycling Prius and Hybrid batteries that still have a long life, we grade cells based on different grading criteria. The best performing cells are used in vehicles and other applications, where only the least performing modules go to actual recycling. Toyota's manufacturer (the Panasonic & Toyota joint venture) as shown in the above picture just recycles all cells which is more damaging to the environment due to waste of energy and resources. Unfortunately, there are no Nickle Metal and Lithium ion recycling in California. W e can buy any batteries for hybrid or electric vehicles, then disassemble & prep them to have them safely ready for shipping the rest to different recycling facilities.
