We started out in 1996. At the time, many IT buyers and managers weren’t able to easily purchase technology from tier-one suppliers, so we set out to fill that gap. Along the way, we also discovered that our background in IT helped us understand those managers’ needs—and that insight gave us the ability to deliver high touch, customized service.
