Hong Kong Lead Acid Battery Recycling Centre (the “Centre”); operated by SSK Metal Limited, will be built on a plot area of ten thousand square meters (10,000m2) in EcoPark, Tuen Mun, New Territories. The Centre will be the only fully integrated facility in Hong Kong that provides collection, treatment and final disposal by recycling up to 95% of a used lead acid battery into reusable products. It is designed and operated according to very stringent international standards on environmental and safety requirements.
