Founded in 2024, Highrise Valet began with a firsthand challenge—when founder John Panjshiri moved into his very first apartment, he quickly realized how inconvenient waste disposal could be, even in high-end residential buildings. Carrying trash bags down long hallways, navigating service elevators, and dealing with overflowing bins didn’t align with the comfort and ease that modern apartment living promised.

Motivated by this gap, John set out to find a better solution—one that prioritized residents' comfort without compromising on efficiency. His mission was simple: bring the convenience of hotel-style services to waste management in multi-family homes. By designing a system that blends convenience with consistency, John redefined how residents interact with an essential—yet often overlooked—part of daily life.
