HISTORY:

In 1996, Hard-Line is established.

In 1997, Muckmaster Radio Remote Control Systems and Teleop Tele-Remote Control Systems are introduced.

In 1998, Hard-Line has its first export sale. A distributor opened in Peru and Chile.

In 2000, Hard-Line outgrows the current location and moves to 53 Main St. W in Dowling, Ontario.

In 2003, Hard-Line operations are ISO 9001:2000 certified.

In 2004, Hard-Line receives the Innovation for Excellence in Exporting Award from the the Ontario Global Traders Awards

In 2005, Hard-Line receives the Gold Award for Market Expansion: Service from the the Ontario Global Traders Awards. Hard-Line receives the Gold Award: Excellence in Exporting from the the Ontario Global Traders Awards. Hard-Line receives Innovation Award from the Northern Ontario Business Awards.

In 2006, Hard-Line receives the Canadian Innovation Award Certificate of Recognition For New Product Design and Commercialization from the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters. Hard-Line receives the New Technology Award from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program’s Regional Awards.

In 2007, Hard-Line receives the Canadian Innovation Award for the Diversification of Export Markets from Export Development Canada. Hard-Line receives the Bronze Award for Market Expansion Product/Service from the Ontario Global Traders Awards.

In 2009, a distributor is opened in Mexico. An office is opened in Peru (April 13). Hard-Line receives the 2009 Gold Award for Market Expansion from the the Ontario Global Traders Awards.

In 2010, Hard-Line receives the Innovation Award from the Bell Business Excellence Awards.

In 2011, a distributor opened in Australia.

In 2012, the Hard-Line headquarters is expanded by 12,000 square feet. The LP401 Low Profile Loader is introduced.

In 2013, Hard-Line recieves $442,500 grant from the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation (NOHFC). Norcat and Hard-Line form a partnership. Prox Proximity Detection Systems are introduced. EntryAlert Entrance Warning Systems are introduced. An office is opened in Chile (April 1st).
