The liabilities are significant to the corporation and to the Officers and managers individually, can be applied to criminal and civil cases, and in many instances are subject to adverse publicity.

The Green-Tech system is designed to process a mixed stream of technology asset types according to a service profile GTA develops for each customer. Assets are registered, evaluated, and routed to various workstations designed to maximize the value for the GTA client. The process is fully documented for each system in the GTA database. Comprehensive reporting provides a tool for managing assets for GTA clients to their final disposition.
