HISTORY

In 1995, Matthew and Thomas Clark established TMC Services (TMC), which became known in the environmental services industry for its commitment to customer satisfaction and cost-effective solutions. The brothers spent the next 20 years leading TMC from a small start-up to a formidable presence in New England. They soon realized that TMC had reached critical mass through organic growth and began expanding the company through mergers and acquisitions, which led to a merger of two of the largest and most well-respected environmental services firms in New England with ENPRO Services. Within a year of integrating the companies, TMC/ENPRO was positioned firmly as an industry leader, which drew sharp attention from some of the much larger national competitors in the environmental market space. Soon thereafter, ENPRO was acquired by National Response Corporation. The brothers stayed with the firm for a short period to ensure an orderly transition to the new company.

Green Site Services Group, Inc. (GSS) provides environmental remediation, emergency response, waste management, and petroleum construction services to residential homeowners, general contractors, engineering consultants, and municipalities throughout New England. Our work is guided and informed by our beliefs and commitments to our customers’ needs. Therefore, we maintain that all customer relations be guided by 1) Expediency – We believe every hazardous situation is an emergency. Our team is equipped with a robust knowledge of regulatory requirements and OSHA guidelines to complete jobs safely and effectively. 2) Transparency – We believe the customer should be informed of all potential risks, costs, and benefits of performing remedial actions before a project gets underway. Our team prioritizes high-quality, cost-efficient solutions. 3) Versatility – GSS maintains offices throughout the northeast staffed with operational personnel and equipment qualified to respond to various service requests.
