Garrett Industrial Supply began nearly 30 years ago as a supplier of industrial hoses and equipment to the mining industry. Two partners, Steve Tressler and Courtland Helbig, began repairing drill and mine bits for their customers out of a garage. Demand for their specialized services grew not only in the coal sector, but spread to other industries throughout West Virginia.

Today, Garrett Industrial Supply has grown to over 30 staff workers and it has three locations in Morgantown, West Virginia; Oakland, Maryland; and Jane Lew in West Virginia. Although they still have clients in the coal and mining industries, Garrett Industrial Supply is increasingly building a solid base of clients in the shale gas, timber, trucking, construction, manufacturing and chemical industries.

Although they service many companies, Garrett Industrial Supply is also the go-to center for do it yourself folks who need supplies for home improvement projects.
