Garden Prairie Organics is a family business founded in 2009. We have always been a believer in the benefits of compost. We have been using compost in our tree nursery, Garden Prairie Nursery, since 2007. We decided we should explore the idea of processing compost for ourselves after hearing so many of our tree customers requesting the product. This is how GPO was born.

We now proudly run Garden Prairie Nursery and Garden Prairie Organics together at the same location. Our staff is comprised of professionals with over 100 years of organics experience. Our customers include several local municipalities, landscape architects, large and small commercial landscapers, garden centers, golf courses, organic vegetable farms, road construction contractors and local farmers.
