Gabaplast inc. was founded in 1994 by Francis Labrecque, cumulating 25 years of experience in injection molding and by Sylvie Fradette, engineer.

Specialized in injection molding, Gabaplast inc. has its own line of paint accessories and offers injection molding services to several North American customers. Over the years, Gabaplast inc. has developed solid expertise in the molding of products made from recycled plastics and other polymers. Having developed its own technology for feeding injection presses, significant productivity gains have been achieved, which allows Gabaplast to offer very competitive prices compared to products manufactured in China and other regions.

In 2005, Gabaplast Inc. moved to new facilities. This allowed the company to increase its production capacity by acquiring new injection presses and to optimize the configuration of the factory to increase its productivity. Gabaplast Inc. currently has 10 injection presses with capacities ranging from 66 to 500 tons, which allows it to produce a wide variety of parts with all common polymers.
