Mission

G-tec's mission is to offer best practice non-destructive subsurface investigation services to our clients active in Civil Engineering, Public Works, Mines and Quarries. G-tec also developed a unit focused on the management of application for concession and works licenses including but not restricted to impact assessment in marine environment.

From its academic background, G-tec wants to keep its scientific rigour and to maintain contact with a large academic community. The company had always designed and developed activities in applied sciences that are based on solid technical knowledge.

G-tec operates around the world on land and at sea with a highly qualified and motivated team of civil engineers, earth scientists, hydrographers, biologists and electronic engineers providing efficient and innovative solutions for ground investigation and hydrographic surveys.

There's no single investigation method providing a satisfying answer under all conditions. G-tec always designs its surveys and site investigation with a dedicated approach, combining if necessary the methods that are the most suited to match the scope of the project. Understanding the various methods, their possibilities and their limitations is crucial to the proper selection of techniques and to a solution oriented interpretation.

Developments concern advanced software and system for data acquisition, data processing and interpretation.

In-depth knowledge of the theory behind geophysical methods, combined with extensive field experience, are the key success factor of past, present and future developments.

Some examples are the development of our Underwater Towed Seismic Refraction system, the monitoring of jet grouting operations, the acquisition and processing of magnetometric data, multisensor depth controlled tow fish operations, specific navigation software, etc.
