Because we specialize only in the manufacture of pins, connectors, and other types of wire forms, we’re experts at creating intricate, detailed parts — from the almost microscopic (0.003″ diameter) to the relatively large (2” wide).

STRAIGHT PINS OF ALL TYPES

Form Cut is expert at making any type of straight pin with straight, square, rounded and tapered ends. The top and bottom pins were made from Kovar®, a specialty hermetic sealing alloy; the two middle pins are made of 304 stainless steel.

MACHINED & MILLED WIRE PARTS

Our capabilities include combining multiple processes – such as this .250” diameter threaded part with milled groove. A composite material of 446 stainless steel with a copper core.

THE EXTREME END OF SMALL

Form Cut is the only company in the world to make machined parts this small. The diameter on these parts is .007” (twice the thickness of a human hair) x .090” in length. Look closely: one end is a full spherical radius, the other end is square cut!
