MRF, known as Materials Recovery Facility, is a plant that receives, separates, to be sold to an end-user. Materials recovery facilities sort a wide array of and prepares recyclables recyclable materials such as metal, aluminum, plastics, corrugated cardboard and mixed paper.

First Recycle LLC, is a privately held company headquartered in Laredo Texas with more than 10 years of experience in recycling operations. Today we operate and manage el MRF of the city of Laredo, namely, we operate and manage all materials collected by The City of Laredo Recycling Program. We are responsible of receiving, sorting, processing, classifying and bailing the incoming recycled material. Once the material is classified and bailed, First Recycling LLC is also responsible for the sales of the materials to end-users.
