Services Offered include Rapid Prototyping of preproduction parts, Part Design Assistance For Manufacturability, Tool Design and Build, Production Parts Manufacturing through zinc die casting and plastic injection molding, Secondary Operations and Plating, Coatings, or Stamping of parts.

And finally, all packaging is bar coded. Our manufacturing processes include Four Slide Zinc Die Casting and Plastic Injection Molding with tolerances in tenths of thousands. We offer "Ship From Stock" programs. We mold all thermoplastic resins and specialize in thermally conductive and niche custom medical thermoplastics and cast five grades of zinc including Z2, Z3, Z5, Z7 and ZA8.
