No other slitter in the Detroit area can beat our HERR-VOSS/STAMCO lines. Able to handle the big coils and yield outstanding edge-trimmed steel in a wide range of gauges, our two slitting lines have all the features necessary to provide quality that meets your toughest requirements.

Ferrolux can process 20" and 24" ID coils both incoming and outgoing. We can produce 24" ID finished coils up 88,000 lbs. to 78 wide, and 20" ID coils up to 55,000 lbs. This gives you increased flexibility and allows you to maximize your yield, minimize shipping cost and boost your profitability.

Inspection

Ferrolux inspection saves you money by catching defects and assuring surface quality. We offer simultaneous top and bottom inspection along with full defect mapping capabilities. Great care is taken to ensure that every aspect of our process consistently meets the toughest quality standards of automotive and other demanding applications.
