Industry Aware

We know the score when it comes to different industry standards.

Grading ground products for the food industry doesn’t carry the same health hazards as sieving powders for the chemical industry, having served a variety of industries for over 40 years, we understand every industry has its own requirements and we would never advise the same machine for both applications. All machine parts can include full traceability, surface roughness measurements, As Built Drawings and FAT testing documentation. We also understand there can be risks with contamination or health & safety by having tools on the factory floor, that’s why our machines can also be stripped down completely tool free.

We Provide You with Certified Products

Because we understand there are standards you have to meet.

That’s why we provide full and free certification of all equipment, to comply with audit procedures, as well as design, installation and operation qualifications where required. Our commitment to strict working practices has earned us our ISO 9001 certification, guaranteeing a high level of quality throughout the build of your machine. You can also rest assured that all our machines are manufactured in compliance with FDA and EC regulations and the majority are ATEX approved as standard.

Our Guarantees

We go further to offer you not just one but two guarantees.

We unconditionally guarantee against breakdown or malfunction for 24 months. We also guarantee that if for any reason our machines fail to perform to the agreed standard we will either adapt, replace or if necessary refund your money. We offer our customers a full spares service and service agreement which will ensure years of problem free operation.
