ERC is a private, family-owned business that was started in 1988 by Richard Middleton as a wastewater and waste oil treatment facility. We have grown from a small local treatment facility to the largest residual waste processing facility in the Mid-Atlantic Region, processing millions of gallons of residual waste every year.
