A proud Pittsburgh, PA native, Faith Goetz has dedicated over 20 years to transforming industrial waste into valuable resources. Inspired by the mentorship of David Jacobs early in her career, Faith developed a deep passion for industrial recycling and renewing resources—a passion that continues to drive her work today.

Specializing in refractory recycling and waste reduction strategies, Faith takes pride in finding innovative homes for industrial waste. With a collaborative and solutions-driven approach, she is driven to adopt smarter, greener recycling practices that benefit both the planet and the industries she serves. Faith and David lead a great team that services a wide range of industries, creating tailored solutions to meet diverse recycling needs.

When not working, Faith loves spending time with her husband and three children, cherishing family moments. She also enjoys serving at her church, where she’s able to give back to the community and further deepen her commitment to sustainability and service.
