A modern company introduces itself

Our company was founded in Aschaffenburg in 1930. We have been operating from our new premises in Glattbacher Strasse since 2003. Today around 60 employees ensure that everything runs smoothly on an area of ​​around 20,000 square meters.

In addition to the classic disposal services, we offer our customers individual advice from well-trained and highly motivated employees, as well as careful documentation of the entire disposal process.

Our shareholder structure has changed since January 2016. Meinhardt Städtereinigung GmbH & Co. KG and Mr. Alexander Brüllingen took over the shares in Kirsch & Sohn GmbH and are now managing directors with Mr. Alexander Brüllingen and Mr. Holger Schmitz.

The merger of EMDE AVAB GmbH with EMDE APEV GmbH took place on January 1st, 2016, so that in future all business areas will be served by EMDE APEV GmbH.

The core business of EMDE APEV originally consisted of marketing and recycling paper and cardboard from all areas. Over the years we have expanded our portfolio to include the entire range of disposal services.

Today we accept a wide variety of recyclable materials from municipal and commercial collections, sort, treat and recycle them - and, if possible, feed them back into the material cycle.
