Elora Pallet Shop has been in operation for 25+ years. Lester and Betty Ashley began this operation in the rural town of Elora. The operation began with limited equipment and very few employees. Over the years the business has expanded and has relocated to a facility that was built to accomodate the growth and business. Elora Pallet Shop is a company that handles recycling of wooden pallets and manufacturing of new pallets based on the specifications of each customer.

Elora Pallet Company has 40 + full-time employees and strives to maintain a positive working environment. The company is a Drug-Free Workplace with continuous employment opportunities.

The owner/operator, Lester Ashley, maintains primary involvement in all operations of the company. The business began with a slogan "JehovahJireh" - THE LORD WILL PROVIDE...with limited funds, an unlimited vision, and relentless faith....25+ years later The Good Lord is still providing.
