EliteMobile was founded in 2013 in Waterloo, Iowa, by two brothers who shared more than just a love for technology—they shared a vision. A vision to create a business where quality repairs, honest advice, and exceptional customer service came standard. With a deep interest in cell phone repair and sales, the brothers started small, opening a modest kiosk on the lower level of Crossroads Mall. What they lacked in square footage, they made up for in drive, skill, and genuine care for their customers.

From day one, their focus was simple: treat every device like it’s their own, and every customer like family. That philosophy resonated with people. As word spread, so did the line of customers looking for trustworthy repairs and fair prices—whether it was a shattered screen, a failing battery, or a question about the latest smartphones.

Within just a few years, the business outgrew its original space. In 2016, EliteMobile transitioned from the kiosk to a full-fledged storefront inside the mall. The move marked a significant milestone and allowed the team to expand their offerings, improve turnaround times, and create a more professional experience for their growing clientele. With more room to work and a broader selection of devices and accessories, EliteMobile continued to strengthen its reputation as a go-to destination for mobile solutions in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls area.
