The Mission

Every year, millions of waste tires pile up across South Carolina — in ditches, behind businesses, on vacant lots, and in our waterways. They breed mosquitoes, leach chemicals, and create fire hazards. Most people look the other way. Jack Leahy decided to do something about it.

Eco Tire Solutions LLC was founded with one clear purpose: divert waste tires from landfills, clean up illegal dump sites, and create real jobs for South Carolinians — all while turning a problem into useful, recycled products.
