• Experience: Over 50 years of experience producing quality aluminum permanent mold and semi-permanent mold castings. Our experience allow us to tackle the toughest design and casting issues.

• Casting: Permanent mold: proper engineering of tooling results in consistent casting quality from the first piece. Semi-permanent mold requires the use of a sand core to form internal cavities. Our knowledge of "shell" cores gives us an edge in producing pressure tight parts with cored passages.

• Machining: "State of the art" CNC Machining capacity and proper fixture design guarantees consistent quality of parts.

• Full Service: Our full service does not end with a machined part; Painting, and Powder Coating are all available locally and are typically part of our contracts.

• Flexibility: Whether we supply a casting, a machined complete casting, or a machined and painted casting, our philosophy is to be flexible to our customer's needs. From casting to machining to finished product, we bring a full service approach to our clients.
