Originally focused on providing secure recycling services for churches and Christian organizations, Kimberly's dedication and leadership have guided E-Tech's growth into a respected recycler serving a broad range of businesses and nonprofits across Colorado Springs and beyond.

As the driving force behind the company, Kimberly has led E-Tech Recyclers for over a decade, building a business centered on data security, environmental responsibility, and genuine customer care. Her goal has always been clear: to establish a company her grandchildren can be proud of, one that leaves a lasting positive impact on the environment and community.

Supporting Kimberly throughout this journey has been her husband, Bill Johnston. A lifelong Colorado Springs resident like Kimberly, Bill has provided invaluable support behind the scenes. Together, they bring decades of entrepreneurial, marketing, and waste-management experience, having started and sold several small businesses before founding E-Tech. Now semi-retired in North Carolina, Kimberly and Bill enjoy gardening and spending time with their dogs.
