With our wide range of engineering expertise, our firm is able to lead large design projects and manage design team partners, providing our clients confidence from planning to construction.  Our firm was founded by Edward P. Ferris, PE, PS, CEO in 1987. Mr. Ferris manages highway/bridge projects and represents communities as their City Engineer. Matthew E. Ferris, PE, PS, President joined the firm in 1996. Mr. Ferris manages our private development, surveying and municipal engineering groups. Mr. Ferris also manages the firm’s business operations. In 2001 Joseph A. Ridgeway, Jr., PE, Senior Vice President joined the firm to lead our traffic engineering group. As a former City Engineer and Service Director, Mr. Ridgeway offers our clients solutions to traffic situations where both public and private sector goals are met.  The commitment we make to each project is personal and backed by our over 25 years of service. Our firm’s partners also act as project managers, and are able to expedite decisions and schedules based on our client’s needs. The quality of our product is a direct reflection of who we are.
