Dry Mining Equipment LLC provides new technology for sand processing for the gold mining industry. Our first (patent pending) product divides dry concentrates in a continuous flow into two separate streams like undoing a ZIPper! This fast magnetic separator, Mag-ZIP, removes the heavy black magnetite rapidly, cleanly and efficiently before isolating the gold. In this way it solves the nuisance problem for isolating gold from "black sand" concentrates. Indeed, it turns the order of processing around and removes the "black sand" FIRST! This ensures every following gravity separation step has a much smaller volume and much lower density.
