Drug Plastics & Glass Company, Inc. was founded in 1963 by Fred and Suzanne Biesecker, in Boyertown, Pennsylvania. The original operations were manufacturing and distributing plastic prescription vials from the basement of their rented home. Their vision was to provide quality products with prompt service and personal attention, which established the foundation that has allowed Drug Plastics to grow and achieve a leadership position in supplying primary packaging to the healthcare industry.

From those humble beginnings Drug Plastics has grown to be a company of six bottle factories, two closure factories, one mold company and an R&D center. And after more than 50 years in business we continue to be family owned and operated. We are driven by the passion and spirit of our entrepreneurial history and the vision and values of a progressive 21st century corporation. We add value by being dedicated to understanding and meeting the ongoing requirements of our customers and providing critical technical and regulatory resources to the pharmaceutical industry.
